2015年12月21日，《人口与计划生育法修正案草案》提交第十二届全国人大常委会第十八次会议审议。据报道，审议通过后的《人口与计划生育法修正案》将于2016年1月1日起施行。《人口与计划生育法修正案》施行后，生育二孩女职工，可以享受哪些待遇？不再享受哪些待遇？生育的相关假期有何增减呢？本次生育政策的开放将直接影响企业对三期女职工管理。本次会议将探讨“全面二孩政策”对企业人力资源管理造成的影响以及如何优化人力资源管理。
