I’m pleased to invite to you to attend the AmCham Seminar on How to Avoid Project Failure on Nov 24^th in Guangzhou!

Project management skills are now in global demand.  Companies, both large and small, increasingly realize the importance of training management and technical staff on project management techniques and methodologies.  The alternative of not having trained project managers is most likely project failure and the loss of time, investment, and customer trust.  This seminar explores the top ten reasons why company projects fail, and ways to avoid this failure.  The seminar also introduces a project management simulation game.  Attendees will be able to participate in this simulation to improve project management decision making skills.  This program is provided by the University of North Carolina Charlotte, a leading provider of project management education.
