In recent years, some companies experience the high turnover rate, 20% and higher per month, and others encounter with labor disputes which may lead to strikes. There are several factors that contribute to these results. The lack of communication between workers and management is one of the major factors.

 

This seminar will introduce a new human resource management method, Worker-Management Committee, to facilitate the communication between workers and management in order to decrease the turnover rate, reduce the number of labor disputes, avoid strikes, and improve labor relations in the companies.

 

This seminar will not only introduce the concept, method, procedures and techniques of Worker-Management Committee, but also will give several real and successful cases to the audience.
