The Introduction of American Industrial Park
“American Industrial Park” (“AIP”) is a unique industrial park brand built by Eastern American Co., Ltd.
across China after several decades. These modernized industrial Park are distributed from south to north in
Haikou City, Guangzhou City, Kunshan City, Changxing County, and Shenyang City, which all developed and
operated by Eastern American Co., Ltd. With more than 540,000 square meters of space sited on 900,000
square meters of land nationwide, Eastern American undertakes the overall development-planning, design,
construction of the Park and provides all-inclusive property management services for settled clients. The

Construction standards and design philosophy
1.Referring to the requirements of the US MBMA Steel Building Systems Manual and complied with relevant
Chinese standards.
2.The overall planning: The reasonable layout ensures the best proportions between the individual
buildings, roads and green belts, etc. Suitable roads and turning radius allow 17.5m-22.5m trucks pass
smoothly. Reserved green belt areas can be used as various functions space such as beautiful environment
yard, production auxiliary equipment field, and vehicle parking spaces. The individual Building could also
be connected at any time to meet the needs of long production lines. The orderly underground water and
electricity pipeline network can fully meet the daily fire protection and production needs. The electricity
distribution station and transformer room could be flexibly set up, so as to fully meet the power-supply
requirements of clients.
3.Building Design : With more than 30-year experience, each building can accommodate over 80% industrial
needs in the aspect of suitable area, main structure span,column space and eave height. The 5-20T reserved
crane configuration meet all industrial production . The reasonable lighting and ventilation design guarantee
the better production environment. Building materials of world-class brands ensure the durability of the
