Mr. Xue Runbo, Deputy Director of Qingdao Bureau
of Commerce and enterprises executives of AmCham
South China attended the meeting. The purpose
of this meeting is to provide interaction, enhance
understanding and explore business opportunities for
members of AmCham South China and SCO.

After the breakfast meeting, the AmCham South
China delegation, at the invitation of the Investment
Promotion Agency of MOFCOM, attended the
Green China • Low-Carbon Industry International
Cooperation Summit Forum. Dr. Harley Seyedin
delivered a speech and shared his views on exploring
international cooperation on green and low-carbon
industries in the context of carbon peak and carbon
neutrality. President Seyedin also spoke of the
Chamber’s commitment to Fujian by stating, “The
Fujian Service Center of the American Chamber of
Commerce in South China was established in Fuzhou
High-Tech Zone, Fujian Province on July 26, 2021,
which has created more convenient, flexible and
efficient conditions for its members to understand
the Chinese market and government policies,
and to seize opportunities presented by China’s
development. AmCham South China will, as always,
return to the beautiful city of Xiamen every year to
support this important event.”
