Summary
To achieve economic diversification, Macau
will proactively integrate into the national
development plan under the 15th FYP and
accelerate implementation of the Guangdong-
Macau Intensive Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. It
will work to harmonize economic regulations and
mechanisms across the three jurisdictions within
the GBA, accelerate resource flows, enhance
infrastructure connectivity, develop a modern
financial services industry and actively participate
in the Belt and Road Initiative. To foster new
quality productive forces, Macau will enhance SME
competitiveness through strengthened financial
support, capacity-building programs and brand
development. A series of pro-enterprise measures
will continue to drive growth and innovation.
