Senior Managerï¼?WC CHRMA seminar on Big Data and Human Resources
at the Oakwood, Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
During the Seminar HR representatives from various com-
panies shared their insight knowledge with the audiences.
Invited speakers were: Alick Zheng, Consulting Director
from PWC and Jack Wei, Senior Manager from PWC. The
representatives talked among others about: how to move
from traditional HR and KPI measurement to proactive
prediction in solving human resources issues, as well as
the challenges they present.
