Between sessions, attendees enjoyed a lovely afternoon
tea provided by the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which included
cream puffs and butter cookies, offering a moment for
re昀氀ection and networking between professionals.

The second session featured Ms. Zheng Lu, Ms. Shang
Xu Fei, and Mr. Yue Zhong Wei. They focused on the
"Three Uni昀椀cations" of social security law in China. They
emphasized how every employment contract has a legal
entity in the labor section. They emphasized that the same
legal entity must be responsible for paying employee wages,
individual income taxes, and social insurance.

During the 昀椀nal section of the seminar, attendees prepared
questions based on real-life situations for the speakers, asking
many company-related questinsquestionslaw inquiries, from
legal contracts to training employees. The seminar was an
overall success by not only providing law expertise but also by
sharing practical methods for how companies could adopt to
these new legal trends.
