                    Promotion Conference
                  n July 18, 2025, the “Hello Lingnan!” 2025
              OTianjin Jinghai (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao)
              Investment Promotion Conference and matchmaking
              event was held in Guangzhou. The event aimed to
              strengthen cooperation within the Greater Bay Area,
              attract high-quality projects to Jinghai, and promote
              industrial synergy. Vice District Governor Yang
              Chenguang and over 100 business leaders attended,
              including Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of AmCham
              South China.
              In his speech, Harley introduced AmCham South
              China’s role as a leading US-China business
              organization representing over 2,300 members
              and nearly 40% of bilateral trade and investment.
              Highlighting Jinghai’s rapid growth and recent multi-
              billion-yuan investments in advanced industries, he
              emphasized strong business con昀椀dence with 76% of
              companies planning reinvestment in China. Harley
              expressed eagerness to deepen collaboration with
              Jinghai and Tianjin to foster mutual growth, praising
              the district’s excellent business environment and
              potential as a key investment hub.

                                                                  he 2025 (19th) China Brand Festival took
                                                               Tplace August 7–11, 2025, in Shenzhen, themed
                                                               “AI and Going Global.” Over 10,000 participants
                                                               from government, business, academia, and
                                                               media attended, including 2,000+ at the opening
                                                               ceremony. The five-day “1958” format featured
                                                               forums, master classes, brand launches, and
                                                               cultural events. Highlights included speeches by
                                                               Gree’s Dong Mingzhu, former Finnish PM Mari
                                                               Kiviniemi, and Cambodian Minister Ly Thuch; the
                                                               launch of the China-Cambodia Brand Alliance;
                                                               release of TopBrand China 500 and China
                                                               Going Global Brand 100; and a brand tour of
                                                               BYD. From the Women’s Forum to the Bay Area
                                                               Entrepreneurs Marathon, the festival showcased
                                                               innovation, cross-border collaboration, and
                                                               global ambition. The 20th China Brand Festival
                                                               will be held in Shanghai in 2026.
