etc. Starting with the middle of the
20th century, more and more women
became involved in healthcare. And
I am super pound to say that United
Family has 60% female doctors and
33% female CEOs. If you look at all of our hospital's management roles, we have already 62% women.
And why does Diversity Matter in Healthcare? I think women present another perspective on the need
of the population, on the need of families and a caring perspective. But also, I think having multiple
perspectives is the most important thing. It doesn’t mean that men’s perspectives are less important.
It means we hear all the voices of the market and all the voices of our colleagues.
