Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of AmCham South
China, delivered opening remarks, followed by
a policy briefing from Ms. Mai Peiting, Legal
Counsel at Guangdong Nanyou Foreign Service,
who shared key legal insights on flexible
retirement policies.
A panel discussion with representatives from
Mercer China and Dow China explored practical
HR strategies, talent lifecycle management, and
age-inclusive workforce planning. The session
concluded with active audience engagement
and positive feedback.
